Greenville, Florida (AP) A woman was arrested Monday after police say she stole a car from a locksmith in Florida, and she faces burglary charges.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that 38-year-old Jessica Karpel, of Greenville was booked on charges of burglary, grand theft and carjacking in the case.
Karpel was booked at the Greenville City Jail on $150,000 bail, according to the release.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the stolen car was found abandoned in an abandoned lot in the Green-Ville area of Orlando, about 80 miles southeast of Miami.
It’s unclear whether the car was recovered.
